Avista Pharma Solutions, an investor-backed contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) , came to BAERING in need of brand and marketing support to help meet an aggressive business-growth target, which included being acquired within two to three years. After a robust brand discovery period, we understood that in order to meet their business goals, Avista needed a strong, unifying brand message both externally and internally, and a significant increase in brand awareness.

Working alongside the CEO and the executive leadership teams, we guided the company through its brand refresh — providing them with a brand position and go-to-market strategy that supported the company’s overall vision for growth. One and a half years after we began work with Avista Pharma, the company was acquired by Cambrex – surpassing it’s original business goal of an acquisition within two to three years.
